Run a virtual house flipping business with the House Flipper Sim video game. Buy run-down homes at rock-bottom prices then paint, clean and build until you're ready to sell your property for top dollar. You'll have limited funds, so you must carefully choose which parts of the house to upgrade for maximum profits. Be careful not to spend too much on staff, tools and supplies, or you'll go bankrupt and be forced to sell your house back to the bank. Eventually, your character will become a master painter, carpenter and renovator, but not until you've put in the time to build your skills.
